Rebecca E. Parker
Ms. Parker is of Counsel to M.R. Parker Law, PC and is currently Assistant General Counsel for Input Output Global, the crypto company behind Cardano.
Ms. Parker has extensive experience in commercial contracts, licensing agreements, corporate insurance, indemnity, advertising, employment law, and banking compliance. Ms. Parker has also represented multinational corporations in civil litigation, including breach of contract lawsuits and employment matters.
After studying Political Science at UCLA, Ms. Parker graduated from The University of Texas School of Law with honors and was the Editor-in-Chief of the Texas Environmental Law Journal. In Texas, Ms. Parker worked in the in-house legal department of the Lower Colorado River Authority, a non-profit public utility created by the Texas Legislature. There, Ms. Parker gained invaluable experience working on non-profit matters, environmental compliance, and real estate use and litigation.
Prior to working in-house, Ms. Parker participated in the bankruptcy court externship program of the Central District of California under Judge Victoria Kauffman gaining pertinent knowledge in consumer bankruptcy at a time when filings were at their highest.
Ms. Parker enjoys scrapbooking, food, traveling, and spending time with her husband and dog.
